FIFA and IFA7 – Coexistence Agreement

The International Football Association 7 (IFA7), is recognized by FIFA Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). through a signed agreement on December 2018.

On 7 December 2018, the International Football Association (IFA7) and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) entered into a formal Trademark Coexistence Agreement concerning their respective intellectual-property rights.

The agreement establishes the contractual framework under which the respective trademarks coexist and forms part of IFA7’s documented intellectual-property history.

For the avoidance of doubt, IFA7 does not represent itself as FIFA, a FIFA member association, or an organizational subdivision of FIFA. References to FIFA on this website concern the documented Trademark Coexistence Agreement between the parties and should not be interpreted beyond the terms of that agreement.

A copy of the relevant communication/documentation concerning the agreement is available below.

The announcement was made by the President Mr. Daniel Balcorta, on December 2018.
